SAT9828 SIGNAL AVERAGER & 961 SWITCHABLE LINEAR/NON-LINEAR AMPLIFIER

The model SAT9828 will combine the highest performances available in realtime signal averagers and TDC's. It will capture TOF-MS spectra with dynamic range improved by at least an order of magnitude when compared with spectra captured with currently available data acquisition equipment.
It utilises a 10GHz TDC and a 10/3GHz Signal Averager in parallel whose spectra are synchronised using a common clock. The increase in dynamic range is achieved substantially by the use of a NON-LINEAR amplifier in conjunction with the Signal Averager.

Stand alone packages with 1, 2 or 4 TDC's. Each model has a single start input and a single USB 2.0 port to the user computer

MODEL 940A AMPLIFIER/PEAK DETECTOR

The 940A provides amplification of pulses from a microchannel plate detector (MCP), reduces timing errors due to pulse amplitude variation (time walk) and provides protection against high-voltage breakdown surges.

MODEL 960  SWITCHABLE LINEAR/NON-LINEAR AMPLIFIER

Switchable between a conventional 2GHz linear amplifier and a 1.5GHz non-linear amplifier
